Yoga Class Schedule
My classes maintain a focus on self-awareness and discovery of breath, energy, and connection, in the spirit of my deep desire that all beings may experience their own inherent wholeness. Classes are accessible to beginners and advanced practitioners alike, living in bodies of all shapes, sizes and abilities.
Gentle LunCHTIME yoga
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, via Zoom.

Transform your work day! Join me in this gentle practice for strength, balance and ease that you can bring into your daily routine for the long haul. We will practice brief meditations, breathwork, and dynamic postures, both seated and standing. You can join right from your desk!
Lunar yoga
Fridays, via Zoom. Drop-in available

Awaken a deepened and embodied relationship to the phases of the lunar cycle, the seasons, and our own cyclical nature. Improve your flexibility, strength, balance, mindful awareness, quality of breath, and peace of mind through dynamic postures, guided meditation, and breathing practices.
This course is an invitation into deep remembering of our place in the tapestry of life and of our own innate wholeness. Classes are trauma-informed and designed for all bodies, no prior experience is necessary.
All classes will be recorded and shared with participants.

This is a five-week (or self-paced), pre-recorded yoga course to heal heart, body, and mind, and nourish your enduring home yoga practice, with an option to meet individually with me twice during your course to set intentions and personalize the practice for you.

YOUR yoga
Join me for this pre-recorded, self-paced four-week course to develop a lasting home yoga practice for well-being, strength, balance, and flexibility. These classes are filled with love and tender awareness and are designed for anyBody!
I offer a complete and gentle practice, providing tangible tools to relieve stress and anxiety, increase mental and emotional flexibility, and honor your innate capacity for inner peace.
Participants will:
Receive access to eight pre-recorded classes for your home practice
Receive a digital download of the pose drawings for use in your home practice
Begin and end each class with a short and powerful centering meditation
Learn seated, standing, and supine postures to meet yourself where you are in your home practice
Feel the power of beginning your day with peace and beauty
MINDFUL YOGA IN THE PARK
When? Saturdays once a month, from 11 am - 12 pm, Dates TBD when the sun comes out!
Where?
What should I bring? Please bring a mat, a blanket or two, and a cushion. You might also want to dress in layers and wear sunscreen and a hat. Feel free to bring lunch for yourself to picnic afterward!
