These classes are filled with love, and tender awareness for this profound moment of challenge and change. They are designed for anyBody and beginners are welcome! Sita offers a complete and gentle practice, providing tangible tools to relieve stress and anxiety, increase mental and emotional flexibility, and honor your innate capacity for inner peace.
We will build on the sequences from Level One, adding in new breathing practices and postures.

Participants will:
Experience twelve 45-minute yoga classes and access to four videos
Receive a digital download of the pose drawings for use in your home practice
Begin and end each class with a short and powerful centering meditation
Learn seated, standing and supine postures to meet yourself where you are in your home practice
