Join Sita Davis in this five-week course to heal heart, body, and mind and nourish your enduring home yoga practice.

Anchor yourself in a sweet and healing practice as you cultivate healthy habits in 2021. These classes are filled with love and tender awareness for this profound moment of challenge and change. They are designed for anyBody and beginners are welcome!

Sita offers a complete and gentle practice, providing tangible tools to relieve stress and anxiety, increase mental and emotional flexibility, and honor your innate capacity for inner peace. Each week we explore one of the five elements, learning practices to bring ourselves into optimal mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical balance and health.

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from May 10 to June 11, 2021

8:00-8:45 am Pacific (10 am México y Colombia)

Participants will:

  • Experience fifteen 45-minute yoga classes and access to five video downloads

  • Receive digital downloads of pose drawings for use in your home practice

  • Begin and end each class with a short and powerful centering meditation

  • Heal through a deep connection to the five elements and to nature’s cycles.

  • Learn seated, standing, and supine postures to meet yourself where you are in your home practice

  • Feel the power of beginning your day with peace and beauty
