How much time will this reset require each day?
We recommend that you commit to a minimum of 5 minutes a day for the meditation and charting in the New Moon Calendar Journal. Listening, watching or reading the material we share each day will vary from 5 - 15 minutes, and some lessons will include an inquiry or practical assignment for you to deepen your practice.

Because of the unparalleled benefits of creating a consistent daily practice, if only five minutes is manageable for you, committing to those five minutes is the best thing you can do for yourself! If you already have a base practice and you want to deepen it, there is the opportunity to really study your own cycles and experiences through this 29 day reset.

Do I need to have the New Moon Calendar Journal?

If you do not already have a New Moon Calendar Journal, you will get a code for the digital download in the shop. The first five people to sign up will receive one of the sold-out printed copies of the 2020 Calendar.

Why is the program 29-days long?

The lunar cycle averages out to be 29.5 days long. This can be about the amount of time that creating a new habit requires. The lunar cycle serves as a container for self-study and helps us shift our awareness towards the cyclical nature of life. This reset is designed to give you tools that you can work with cycle after cycle, through all the phases. 

What is the format of the program? 

You will receive a daily email each morning, and the material will be housed in a private classroom where you can comment and share with the group. 

Is this only for people who menstruate?

Absolutely not. This reset is for anyone who wants to create new healthy habits and observe the ways that cycles move through your life. Connecting with the moon is for every body regardless of whether you bleed or not. We will touch on the inner cycle and seasons of menstruation - however this is not the primary focus.
