In this workshop, we will explore our own body’s microcosm of lunar energy through visualization, pranayama and asana. Sita will guide you in establishing a practice of charting wellness throughout the lunar cycle, helping to bring your intentions to life by creating moon mandalas using the New Moon Calendar Journal, created by April McMurtry. These practices powerfully bring balance, sweetness and stability to the ebb and flow of our often excessively active solar lives.
